자주 묻는 질문
어떤 파일을 열 수 있나요? 영상은 mp4·mov·mkv·webm(H.264·HEVC·VP9 등), 이미지는 png·jpg·webp·bmp 여러 장, 그리고 PDF입니다. ProRes·DNxHD 같은 편집용 코덱은 Windows에서만 열립니다. 태블릿에서는 H.264 mp4로 변환해 주세요.
메모는 어디에 저장되나요? 기기 안에 자동으로 저장됩니다. 같은 파일을 다시 열면 메모가 돌아옵니다. 중요한 작업은 메뉴의 「메모 JSON 저장」으로 따로 백업해 주세요.
다른 기기로 옮기려면? 메모 JSON을 저장해, 다른 기기에서 같은 영상을 연 뒤 「메모 JSON 불러오기」로 엽니다.
프레임 번호가 편집 프로그램과 다릅니다. 영상 설정의 FPS가 원본과 같은지(23.976 등 소수점까지) 확인하세요. 가변 프레임률(VFR) 영상은 고정 프레임률로 변환하는 것을 권장합니다.

FAQ (English)
What can I open? Video: mp4, mov, mkv, webm (H.264, HEVC, VP9…). Images: png, jpg, webp, bmp, several at once. And PDF. Editing codecs such as ProRes and DNxHD open on Windows only; on tablets, convert to H.264 mp4.
Where are my notes? Saved automatically on your device; reopen the same file and they come back. Back up important work with “Save notes JSON” in the menu.
Moving to another device? Save the notes JSON, open the same video on the other device, then load the JSON.
Frame numbers differ from my editor. Make sure the FPS in video settings matches the source exactly (e.g. 23.976). Convert variable-frame-rate video to a constant frame rate.
Refunds? Through the store you bought from (App Store, Google Play or Steam).
